While driving to my friend Teresa’s house for dinner Sunday I passed a lake just a few yards from the road. As I moved in parallel to the lake a small flock of geese started to launch themselves up from the peaceful water. First running then flying in perfect harmony they gave me a view of nature unique to me.
Their beautiful and powerful wings did more than lift them upward from Gaia to the heavens it also lifted my spirit for a brief meditative moment. Grace filled me and brought to mind the gifts that surround us. Our hearts can be nurtured with creation at any time. Notice and observe and appreciate and give to life, your love.
